Her background spans client service, operations, and leadership—most recently serving as a Senior Client Service Associate at a comprehensive financial advisory firm. Known for her empathy, responsiveness, and attention to detail, Lisa has built a reputation for making clients feel heard, cared for, and confident in their financial journey.

Lisa’s career includes time at nationally recognized firms such as T. Rowe Price, where she began her journey in retirement plan services, as well as leading operations during mergers and acquisitions at a boutique RIA. Her professional path also includes over a decade of entrepreneurial experience as the owner of a successful spa and salon in Maryland, a role that sharpened her leadership, management, and client engagement skills.

A native of Baltimore County and a graduate of Towson University, Lisa relocated to the Delaware coast in search of a fresh start—and found a new home. What began as a solo move has now turned into a full-circle moment, with her family joining her to embrace the beach lifestyle. She currently resides in Selbyville, DE, and is passionate about helping others navigate their own transitions with care and clarity.
